How To:  Link / Unlink Gift Transmittals

Step 1 – Log in to Gift Transmittals

1. Go to https://ofweb.stanford.edu
2. Enter your SUNet ID and Password
3. Click SU Gift User
4. Click Gift Processing
5. Read the Gift Transmittals Confidentiality Agreement
6. Click Continue

1. Under GIFTS REQUIRING YOUR ACTION section, find the gift transmittal record. Page through using the Next link on the right of this section if needed.
2. Click Transmittal ID link
3. Click Workflow tab

1. Click Gift Inquiry from top left menu
2. Enter any information about the gift at the top of the page as search criteria for the gift transmittal
3. Click Search button
4. From Workflow column, click the gift transmittal ID

1. Click Link to Another Transmittal ID link (at the bottom of the Workflow tab)
2. Enter search criteria
3. Click Search
4. Check the box next to the Gift Transmittal(s) to which the Gift needs to link
5. Click Save
6. Check if your selection has added to the Transmittals Currently Linked to... section
7. Click Back button (at the bottom of the page) to return to the Workflow page

1. In the Transmittals Currently Linked to... section at the bottom of the Workflow tab, check the Unlink box next to the Gift Transmittal(s) you wish to unlink
2. Click Save
3. Check if your selection is removed from the Transmittals Currently Linked to... section
