Stanford Procurement has entered into a new strategic Office Supplies Agreement with OfficeMax for all of the University's office products needs. Beginning March 4, OfficeMax is now Stanford's preferred office products supplier.

Among the several suppliers invited to bid, Procurement chose OfficeMax for their exceptional service standards and competitive pricing. OfficeMax successfully won the office supply contract with Stanford Hospital and Clinics and the Lucille Packard Children's Hospital in 2012 and has been providing the hospitals with outstanding service and savings for almost a full year.
