IRiSS Dissertation Fellows

The Institute for Research in the Social Sciences (IRiSS) invites applications for its 2015-2016 Dissertation Fellows. The program supports work across the six social science departments within the School of Humanities & Sciences. Particular encouragement is provided to graduate students whose research crosses disciplinary boundaries, relies upon computational social science methods, and/or analyzes large, complex data sets. However, any social science graduate student at the dissertation writing stage is welcome to apply.

IRiSS Dissertation Fellows receive a small stipend for research support. They will have access to research support services within IRiSS, and will be encouraged to participate in monthly fellows lunch conversations. Shared work/office space is provided to allow fellows to participate in activities at the Institute.
