Odds of arrest 3 times higher for people viewed as black

According to a study by IRiSS visiting scholar Andrew Penner and IRiSS faculty fellow Aliya Saperstein, youths who appear black were significantly more likely to be arrested than non-black individuals (and those who just appeared non-black).
