Pilot the Lessons tool

CourseWork is piloting a new tool – Lessons – that allows instructors to embed media and organize links to Forums, Assignments and Materials on a page. If you are interested in trying Lessons in your course, write to HelpSU to have this tool added to your course.

Create your own pages and navigation

Lessons allows instructors to add content to a Lessons page, avoiding the need for students to move between different tools to complete their work. Instructors create their own top-level pages or subpages to make an interactive syllabus in CourseWork.

Let students respond inline

Instructors can also add a Comments section, or a Question to pages where they want students to respond.

Let students create content their peers can see

The Lessons tool also lets instructors designate pages where students create and edit their own content within the CourseWork site.
