The University Archives adds to it holdings through transfer of University records from offices and departments; donation of faculty members' personal papers; donation student organizations' records; and donations from the personal papers and memorabilia of alumni and friends.

The Archives has prepared helpful guidelines describing what it collects and how to transfer or donate materials to the Archives.
