Overview
Noel Oaks Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students. Furnished by the University, two-bedroom apartments each house two students, while three-bedroom apartments each house three students
Noel Oaks is located on a curved, tree-lined street in close proximity to downtown Menlo Park, the Menlo Park Civic Center, Burgess Park, and Caltrain. Residents and guests enjoy beautifully manicured lawns surrounded by mature redwood trees. Apartments boast upgraded units with high end finishes such as crown molding, granite countertops, wood floors, and double pane windows. There is no smoking allowed on property, no BBQs on patios. Bikes must be kept in the bike rooms or in your apartment. Noel Oaks is near train station, library, downtown Menlo Park shops and restaurants, and the Marguerite.
Furnished by the University, each apartment houses two students.
The apartments are spacious and have wood floors (Pergo or bamboo). Each apartment has one assigned space in an under-building carport. Stanford provides wireless DSL and utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.
If you are assigned here and are interested in housing on campus, please file a reassignment request. The reassignment request form can be found within the Housing and Dining section of Axess under the tab 'Apply for Reassignment'. There is no fee to be reassigned tto on-campus housing and assignments are made based on the date you submit your reassignment request.
Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
