This is the pads-only version of the hugely popular workshop run by Stanford Kenpo Karate every year. We will meet in the Burnham Pavilion (entry via Ford Center) for a small-group, hands-on workshop focused on practical self-defense techniques.
This workshop is open to Stanford graduate students only. To help us with planning, please RSVP at http://goo.gl/R9IZ9n (not required for attending the workshop.) Please wear sweats or comfortable clothes and sneakers. Bottled water and a light snack will be provided. You will be required to sign a waiver at the start of the workshop.
If you have any questions or have severe food allergies, please contact Wendy Ni (wwni@stanford.edu).
