On 1/21/2015, Stanford issued IRS form 1098-T to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents who enrolled in a degree seeking program and incurred a bill during the 2014 calendar year.

Students may download the form in Axess by selecting "View 1098-T and Grant Permission" from the Finances drop down menu in the Student tab.

Historical 1098-T data is available through our vendor TCRS. Students may download previously issued 1098-T forms at www.1098t.com.
