Group Tours
Designed exclusively for school, team, or community groups, these Stanford organized tours offer a great introduction to Stanford University. Reservations are required, so book ahead!

Group Tour Rates:
The tour fee is waived for groups sponsored by a high school or community college and reserved at least two weeks in advance by a teacher or counselor. |

Schedule | ACADEMIC YEAR (Fall/Winter/Spring): 9:45am and 1:15pm Please note that Stanford Group Tours are unavailable from June 4-July 5, 2015 and August 14-September 29, 2015. Group Tours may have limited or no availability during holiday or academic break periods. Fall group tour requests will be evaluated and scheduled starting in mid-July. In the meantime, please email grouptours@stanford.edu with the following information: name of group, size of group, nature of visit and all possible visit dates. |

Reservations | All groups of 9 or more must make an advance reservation for a tour. To book a group tour for a domestic group, please contact the Visitor Information Services Private Tour Coordinator at (650) 725-3335. Visiting international groups must email grouptours@stanford.edu to book a group tour. A limited number of private tours can be accommodated in any given day, so groups are encouraged to call well in advance of the date they are hoping to visit. If you are coming to campus with a group of 8 or fewer, you may join one of our Campus Walking Tours — no reservation is required. |
Additional Information: All tours are conducted in English, and visiting groups with non-English speaking participants must provide their own interpreter(s).
