The date entry is clunky requiring you to scroll thru every date from 1985 till you get to the date you're trying to enter. I'm old so it took me awhile to get to my DOB.

It's cool, love most of it. Needs a feature I'd need to use though. Like messaging pdf files and not just pictures.

I wish I don't have to type in the password every time.

Try to enter your DoB for ID retrieval. Can't override the stupid scrolling from 1985 default. Who designs such UK and UX frustration?
I think a lot more lives would be saved if there were more Stanford
Quick but important question Why does it need new access to Bluetooth??
Stanford Health Care February 16, 2017
Hi Doug,
We request Bluetooth access if you want to use our new eCheckin / eArrival feature which notifies your care team that you have arrived in the clinic when you have an appointment, avoiding the line. We do not alter your Bluetooth settings so if you do not want this feature feel free to leave Bluetooth off. Useless as it fails to respond 50% of the timr I know Stanford has better programmers than whoever attempted to design this app. Please try harder so the patients, and clients can actually use this platform. If you contact me I will be happy 😄 to walk 🚶 through my less that exhilarating experience and figure out what to do .I have tried for hours to confirm my doctor's appointment but to no avail.

Mr. Stevens, we are sorry to hear of your troubles with MyHealth Android. We would be happy to take you up on your offer to show us what we can improve. Please use this link https://myhealth.stanfordhealthcare.org/ContactHelpDesk and ask that you be put in contact with the mobile development team directly. Love the app, needs a couple tweaks. Couple hindrances. Firstly, I can't take screenshots but I could understand why that might be disabled. However, it would be nice to have a "sent messages" function for unanswered questions, I can't see/review a message I've sent until it's been answered. The other problem that stems from this, is the send message button. It needs to be moved and have a confirmation to send added to it, I've fat fingered it several times trying to correct text in the body of the message, thus sending an incomplete message.
Hate it!! Can't share results with outside MD. Lame app! Alerts like crazy but useless if i can't check in or update rx.
The new update requires access to photos, location, and other sensitive data they have no need to know. Beware.
Stanford Health Care March 6, 2017
Thanks for your feedback, we take privacy concerns very seriously. Photo access is necessary to allow photos to be attached to secure messages to your provider. We use location access to offer indoor positioning for our eCheck-in and eArrival features. As of Android 6.0, location access may be turned off on a per-app granular basis. Really glitchy. Always crashes Doesn't let you take screen shots. Tends to crash multiple times during use. They are pushy about this app on you, but it barely works. Doesn't have fingerprint sign in support like it does for the iPhone. Hopefully Stanford's Android team gets their ISH together. It would be awesome if my app actually worked as advertised. 🤔
Message send button is a problem Hey... The message send button is way too close to the auto-correct words at the top of keyboards. Could you please add a 'are you ready to send' question to allow us to back out if the send message button is touched by accident? I hit it twice today on accident when replying to my doctor. That meant my reply was broken into three messages. A confirmation question would easily fix this problem. Thanks. I'd also like to see a 'messages sent' option for review purposes, along with the inbox.
No appts for RWC location The app is ok, but it doesn't let you schedule appointments at the Redwood City location. Also, when you look at previous appointments, it needs to show you the doctor's appt line phone number, so that you can call them again to reschedule.
To many personal gb I have to use for a short time use. I refuse to up date. I should not have too. Besides your reviews are bad. Please figure a way I can get into my acct without the up date. This has messed my phone up.
Unable to connect to the server I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. I get the message that it's unable to connect to the server.
Healthcare at your fingertips, very convenient way to connect to doctors, schedule appointments and more. Very useful App to keep you connected to your health information. One of the best feature is using the app one can do video chat with the healthcare provider. Its like having an healthcare provider right at your home.
Great innovative app! Great App to keep you connected to your health information. Video Visits are an awesome way to connect with your provider.
No way to get password reset... Bummer! Can't use it as I can't get in.
This is a very nice, smooth, and slick app. It's great to finally have it for the Android!
Health care in the palm of your hand A very useful tool to have!
Won't do anything except tell me an update is available. Try to update in Google Play, no update is shown.
