Personal bio
Tim Randazzo received his B.A. in Sociology-Anthropology from Knox College and earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. While at Berkeley, he received several awards for outstanding teaching and co-facilitated workshops on course design for graduate students. After completing his doctorate, Tim worked as the coordinator of UC Berkeley's McNair Scholars Program, an undergraduate research program providing mentoring and research opportunities to low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented college students. Later, he worked as an Academic Program Coordinator at UC Berkeley, where he was in charge of a residence-based academic center and tutoring program. Tim joined Stanford's Center for Teaching and Learning in 2011. In addition to managing CTL's appointment and residential subject tutoring program, he also oversees CTL's support for graduate students, including TA orientations, teaching and professional development workshops, and consultation services.
