Become a Fair Housing Tester

Project Sentinel’s primary method of fair housing investigation is testing, which involves sending individuals (testers) posing as prospective tenants to the site where discrimination is alleged. Testers play a vital role in assuring equal housing opportunities for all persons regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, source of income, familial status and disability.

Attend an Owner/Manager Training

In keeping with the educational aspect of its mission, Project Sentinel offers special training for owners and managers of rental property designed to provide a comprehensive explanation of Fair Housing and Tenant/Landlord Law.  Please call (650) 321-6291 x 8100  for information on upcoming sessions.
