CHAPERONES

For school groups (K-12) or groups of children under the age of 18, one chaperone is required for every 10 children. Please refer to the chaperone guidelines for more information.

TOUR CONTENT
Docents work directly with teachers on content that is relevant and complementary to classroom curriculum and serves specified learning goals. Teachers and chaperones should also be aware that artwork exhibited at the Center often expresses serious and profound aspects of human experience and may contain adult-oriented content. We welcome children to the Center to learn about the adult world of art and to enjoy the many visual pleasures that are on display here.  It is our hope that, with each visit, children will become more comfortable with, and knowledgeable about art, so that it may enrich their lives now and in years to come.
