September Weekend Closures

The Visitor Center will be closed the weekend of September 12-13th. We will still be giving walking tours on those days, which will meet outside the front of the Visitor Center.

Tour & Program Registration

Discover Stanford programs, golf cart tours, and other Special Interest tours for the remainder of the calendar year (through December 31, 2015) are now available for online registration. Tours and programs for Winter 2016 will be posted on or before October 15, 2015.

Please note that in accordance with Stanford University practice, the Stanford Visitor Center will be closed from Friday, Dec. 18, 2015 through Sunday, January 3, 2016. No tours will be available during the Winter Closure period.

Humanities and Arts Tour

During the Spring 2015 quarter, Visitor Information Services began offering student-led "Humanities and Arts" tours. The tours last for one hour, and online pre-registration is required. The tour gives an overview of the humanities and arts at Stanford, and passes by a number of buildings on campus, including Bing Concert Hall, Anderson Collection, Cantor Arts Center, Rodin Sculpture Garden, Main Quad and Green Library. We will be adding our limited summer Humanities and Arts tours to the calendar soon.
