This form may be used to request a locker at the Green Library. Some Green Library users may not qualify for a locker. Renewals are currently underway. If you are enrolled for the next Academic year. or continuing employment with Stanford, your locker will automatically be renewed. You will receive a confirmation of renewal by June 15, 2015. You do not need to fill out this form unless you are a new locker user. If you are graduating or ending employment, you must clear out your locker before June 15, 2015. All items not cleared out will be held in our lost & found for five days. After five days, unclaimed items will be disposed of.
