Biography
Michael Hsieh's interests in the environment are centered on the relationships among humans, S. haematobium parasites, their intermediate snail hosts and local ecosystems. Hsieh is director of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Program and the Prenatal Program, both in the Pediatric Urology Clinic of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. He is also a member of Bio-X, the Child Health Research Institute and the Stanford Cancer Institute.
