Cook, Kaminski at Pan Ams

STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford senior middle blocker Conrad Kaminski and former Cardinal All-American Brian Cook will compete on the U.S. Pan American Men’s Volleyball Team, which kicks-off competition today in Toronto, Canada.

The U.S. opens the games against Puerto Rico on Friday, July 17 at 12:30 p.m. PT. Action can be seen on ESPN3. The squad will then face Mexico on Sunday, July 19 at 6 p.m. PT before wrapping up pool play against Canada on Tuesday, July 21 at 4 p.m. PT.

The quarterfinals will take place on Wednesday, July 22, the semifinals will be played on Friday, July 24 and the medal rounds will wrap-up the games on Sunday, July 26.

Kaminski, a two-time All-American out of New Berlin, Wisconsin, was a late add to the roster, which includes 10 players out of the MPSF. Cook, a two-time first team All-American, graduated from Stanford in 2014. He has continued his volleyball career playing professionally in Greece last year before making his way to the Italian pro-league for the upcoming season.
