The Research Library Cooperative Program (RLCP) coordinates shared onsite and remote borrowing privileges between participating libraries: the University of California at Berkeley, Stanford University, and the University of Texas at Austin.
Who is eligible?
Faculty, academic or professional staff, and currently registered graduate students at UC Berkeley, Stanford University, and UT Austin are eligible for RLCP borrowing privileges. RLCP does not serve undergraduates. Visiting scholars at Stanford University are not eligible for RLCP.
