The ekg techs do not regularly clean the 12 lead wires from the ekg machine after every patient use. I know because I was trained that way when I worked there. Huge OSHA violation and Health Hazard.

Don't let them fool you: they are a research hospital and patients come third. First: the MD's--who are "inventing the future," an actual quote, and thus too busy to see a patient in less than 8 weeks who is facing open heart surgery or death (my situation). Second: the "nurse ratchets" and other apparatchiks with whom mere mortals actually communicate. And third: you... or your mother with Alzheimer's... or your daughter with a fever and diarrhea--that might be potentially fatal C-Diff.
If you beg and scrape, they will lecture about how they are doing you a favor, how wonderful and important they are, and how they personally will go beyond the regular procedures procedures to try to help, but they "want you to remember it."

I have the most respect and admiration for this company. I signed up and was hired for a volunteer position. I've heard so many bad comments about them, and I have to say they have 'class'. May forever they live! Hip Hip Hurray!

Lisa Paulo + Laura Henschel two of the most toxic old ladies that run the Revenue Integrity Dept, passive aggressive bitches. Ladies here's the way to the retirement home where the two bitches like you belong!

my daughter was recently a patient at Stanford Medical Center for an extended amount of time..I believe these drs..some obviously better then others..they tirelessly searched for an answer and how to help her..In there words she is a zebra in a herd of horses..even at Stanford they had a terrible time trying to diagnose and cure my daughter..she is I believe on the road to recovery due to the efforts of many..especially want to say Dr Lance (Norman) Downey went outside of the box to find different answers to help her..Not to downplay anyone else at all..they were all amazing. Thanks to you all from the bottom of our hearts..
