Slide1-copy43 year old female, with Loeys Dietz Syndrome- (connective tissue disorder that predisposes to development of aortic aneurysms and other connective tissue defects) presented with headache to rule out aneurysms. CT Angiogram of head and neck was performed. 3DQ Lab technologist post processed above images utilizing a very sophisticated 3D software demonstrating Volume Rendered images, three aneurysms in a single 3D view: A: 6mm Anterior communicating art aneurysm, B: 2mm right paraclinoid aneurysm, C: 4mm Right opthalmic art aneurysm, additionally, Extensive tortuous and ectatic appearance of extracranial and intracranial vessels are well visualized for further evaluation and treatment.
