Lindsay Blumenthal

Lindsay Blumenthal is the Privacy Specialist at Stanford University. Lindsay provides guidance and advice on behalf of the University Privacy Office on a variety of privacy laws, including HIPAA, the HITECH Act, and state breach notification laws. Lindsay is responsible for working with the Privacy Program Managers to provide guidance and support in the development of privacy policies and performance of privacy incident investigations, and retains primary responsibility in designing and implementing Privacy Office outreach initiatives.

Lindsay received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
