Registration and Check-In
We look forward to welcoming you back to the Farm on October 22-25. On-site registration and check-in will take place at the Registration Headquarters located at the Ford Center, 365 Galvez St., Stanford, CA 94305. You will also be able to make changes to your registration when you arrive.
Ford Center Open Hours:
Thursday, October 22
10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday, October 23
7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 24
7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (or until football game start time)
Sunday, October 25*
8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Please note Sunday registration is at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center)
*Please note Sunday registration will occur at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center.
Also, if you don’t have time to check-in at Ford Center before Dinner on the Quad** or your Class Party, you can go directly to the event and check-in on-site.
**Please note Dinner on the Quad and the Buy it all Passes are sold out. Daily passes and other a la carte options are still available for purchase.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing by email, fax or regular mail. Requests after October 8 will be awarded according to the following schedule:
October 9–15: 75% refund
October 16–21: 50% refund
October 22 and after: No refunds
