Bing Concert Hall
Bing Concert Hall is transforming the practice, study, and experience of the performing arts on the Stanford campus.
Bing Concert Hall’s 842 seats are arranged in a “vineyard” format, with seating sections ringing the stage. What’s more, the center-section seating begins on the same level as the stage. The result is a concert experience of unparalleled intimacy, offering exquisite sightlines from all angles and a rare conjoining of artists and audience.

The namesakes of Bing Concert Hall, the Bings have a long and distinguished history of supporting Stanford faculty, students, patients, and the campus environment. Through their wide-ranging philanthropy and service, they have encouraged superior teaching and vital research and touched the lives of countless undergraduates by enriching myriad education programs, athletics, and the libraries. Their commitment to the arts includes generous support for the Department of Music, Stanford Symphony Orchestra, Stanford Chamber Chorale, and the St. Lawrence String Quartet’s residency, as well as for the Cantor Arts Center and art collections at the hospitals and Bing Nursery School.

Parking for Bing Concert Hall can be found in the new Galvez Lot (enter at Campus Drive and Lasuen Street) and on Lasuen Street, Museum Way, Roth Way and The Oval.Further Afield
In high-demand situations, parking farther afield can be found in Parking Structure 1, located at Campus Drive West and Roth Way; or in Parking Structure 7, beneath the Knight Management Center on Campus Drive near Serra Street.
