Bio

Anna Coll joined FSI as Executive Assistant to FSI Director Michael McFaul in May 2015. Prior to joining FSI, Anna served as Research Assistant to Scott Sagan at CISAC, where she assisted Dr. Sagan with research on weapons of mass destruction and the laws and ethics of war. Anna graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College in 2012 with a BA in International Relations. Her honors thesis explored the assessment mechanism for the Female Engagement Team program in Afghanistan.

Before joining Stanford, Anna worked as a research associate at The Education Advisory Board in Washington, D.C., where she conducted research on higher education issues on behalf of university executives. Anna has also interned at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Harvard Kennedy School, and the Center for a New American Security.
