P3 FLIPS program

The P3 FLIPS Program is a new Stanford GPC research initiative on public sector best practices for infrastructure delivery via Public-Private Partnerships.

In the September cover story of Institutional Investor magazine, GPC Executive Director Dr. Ashby Monk discusses his vision for the center and the investment community - to re-root finance in the real economy.

The Stanford Global Projects Center is located at the Yang & Yamazaki Energy & Environment (Y2E2) Bldg at Stanford University. We research new ways to finance, develop, and invest in critical infrastructure worldwide.
