We have an account for General Marketing. $2000 was approved for NGSO swag($1600 used before and $400 now for T-shirts) and $500 for Facebook campaigns. We will be done with operating marketing budget.

6:20-6:25 Grad Formal (Cathy Jan)
Spring 2012 is when we want to do the Grad Formal.
Main venues we’re looking at Computer History Museum, Fox Theatre in Redwood City and the Alumni Center on campus.
Costs: Fox(40-50$) > Computer History Museum(30-40$) > Alumni Center(25-30$)
Concert at Bing Stanford Hall could be a good idea to do it with Alumni Center.
There is discussion on which quarter to do it in and which day it needs to be done on.
March 8th is available at the Alumni Center.
The GSC would like to see an allocation request in early January.
6:25-6:30 BJA Update (Johnny Giorgis)
