About Us The Stanford University Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship is an ACGME accredited training program in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM). It is specifically designed to train board certified/board eligible internists or family medicine physicians in the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in HPM. Fellow rotations include Stanford Hospital and Clinics, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and Pathways Homecare and Hospice.
