Read the full story »Two intrepid members of the Leland Quarterly staff have succeeded in rescuing a small bag full of stolen, unmarked, non-sequential bills from the archfiends of The Claw Magazine, early reports say. The money, consisting largely of what appears to be Lebanese currency and pence coins, was presumably to be used as bait in the magazine’s scheme to take over Stanford’s literary world.
