Edward Hopper: New York Corner

This exhibition spotlights the Cantor’s acquisition of Hopper’s seminal 1913 painting. Piranesi’s Paestum: Master Drawings Uncovered

This is the only West-Coast viewing of the final works by influential Italian artist Giovanni Battista Piranesi (1720–1778). Regarded as landmarks of 18th-century drawing, 15 renderings depicts the three ancient Greek temples at Paestum, south of Naples, which Piranesi visited in 1777. Read more.
