| June-July |
- Submit evaluation of foreign transcripts (if applicable)

- Order transcripts early
- Request Letters of Recommendation

| October 1st |
- Admission application deadline October 1, 2015.
- Must have Direct patient care experience completed by October 1, 2015
- All program pre-requisites must be completed by October 1, 2015. No exceptions.
- Applicants without a degree must fulfill Foothill General Education Prerequisites or Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC)

| January-February |
- Selected applicants will be invited to Stanford for a validation session
|

- Final class selection is made after the validation sessions have concluded

- Final attendance confirmations due

| June/July |
- Classes begin in June/July
