Stanford Medical Youth Science Program is a five-week residential enrichment program focused on science and medicine that is open to low-income and underrepresented minority high school sophomores and juniors who live in Northern and Central California.

Stanford and You

When you attend the Stanford Medical Youth Science Program, not only do you learn and develop as a student, but you also get a taste of what it’s like to be a Stanford undergraduate. For five weeks you will live on campus, make new friends, and be challenged intellectually. Many students say the experience changed their lives. 

Residential Life

Students live and dine together in Stanford undergraduate residence halls along with the Residential Counselors, who also serve as teaching assistants.
