Overview

The PMP is dedicated to the academic enrichment and success of early career investigators in the Department of Pediatrics.

Mission

To promote the career development of early career investigators (assistant professors and instructors) in Pediatrics at Stanford through a formal mentorship program and creation of the Stable of Mentors.

Mentors

A key component of our program is an eight-member "stable of mentors" specifically chosen for their expertise in supporting early career investigators. Each member covers one of four key development areas: Clinical/Teaching, Research, Work/Life Balance, and Academic. These mentors work together to provide targeted mentorship when requested by early career investigators. Their role supplements existing assigned primary mentors. More »
