Bonnie Wentworth has a proven 25 year track record of catalyzing strategic change and producing results for individuals, teams and organizations. She has coached, taught and consulted to leaders of successful organizations including Stanford University, UCSF Medical Center, University of California at Berkeley, University of San Francisco Law School, Kaiser Permanente, Charles Schwab, EBay, NetApp, and Genentech – as well as start-ups, founders and leading national non-profits.
For the past ten years, Bonnie has served as adjunct staff for several Organizational Behavior courses at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, including Interpersonal Dynamics, Leadership Labs, Fellows Program, Coaching and Mentoring and Paths to Power with Jeffrey Pfeffer. Additionally, Bonnie is adjunct faculty at the University of San Francisco’s School of Law.
Bonnie is frequently cited as a trusted advisor by her clients; her coaching style and broad experience fuels her success with senior leaders and deans in education, health care, technology, financial services, venture capital and legal. Prior to founding Wentworth Consulting Group in 1998, she led a nationwide team as a Director at Charles Schwab in San Francisco. With an undergraduate degree in Classics and master’s in Organizational Psychology, Bonnie brings inquiry, rigor and discipline to bear in her client relationships. Bonnie has a passionate commitment to community service, and a long history of work and involvement with nonprofits. Shecurrently serves on the East Bay Board of Directors for Playworks, a highly successful a growing nationwide nonprofit bringing positive play and leadership development to underserved, urban elementary school students. Bonnie integrates life experiences as a leader, competitive athlete, volunteer, adventurer, learning junkie, change catalyst and human being in her work.
