hOPMAP web server   

This is a web server tool designed to browse through the hOP map described in a paper by Gautam Dey, Ariel Jaimovich, Sean Collins, Akiko Seki and Tobias Meyer.
It was developed in Tobias Meyer's lab in Stanford university.

To browse through this server you can either search for your gene of interest or manually browse through genes , orthogroups or hOP-modules .
