195 Page Mill Road (Park Plaza)

Project Status:  Project submitted for Building Permits and under review

Project Description: Council affirmed the July 12, 2011 Architectural Review approval by the Director of Planning and Community Environment, as amended to allow 82 residential rental units in 104,174 square feet on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a new 3-story mixed use building (Park Plaza) with 47,917 square feet of ground floor commercial use (primarily for research and development use, but inclusive of up to 2,400 square feet of ground floor retail use, including space for at least a 1,200 square foot “retail food and beverage establishment”) in a three story building with subterranean and surface parking facilities, on an approximately 2.5 acre parcel; and including at least 20% (16.4 or 17) below market rate residential rental units, landscaping and interior courtyard with surface parking for 17 vehicles and 9 vehicles in “landscape reserve” for future use as needed, and one level of below grade parking accessed from Park Boulevard for 274 vehicles and 84 class I bicycle storage, and associated on-site and off-site improvements including a left turn lane on Park Boulevard.
