Project Description: Request by Hayes Group Architects for Pre-Screening Review for a proposed project to construct a 32,456 sf four-story mixed use project (four residential units and commercial space) with three levels of below grade parking. Project would require Architectural Review and a Zone Change from PF (Public Facility) to CC2 (Community Commercial); the existing site is the vacated VTA parking lot. Project concept would be reviewed by the City Council to determine support for the project.
