Electronic Submission of Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP)
Effective March 15, 2012, all Hazardous Materials Business Plans (HMBPs) and Registration (‘Short’) Forms must be submitted electronically via the CERS website (cers.calepa.ca.gov). This will allow us to provide critical information to emergency personnel more effectively.
