DOD civilian data includes federal employees who received vaccinations through DOD providers or self-reported that they have been vaccinated.
Partially Vaccinated 197,882 21,174 36,550 47,025 302,631 59,462
Fully Vaccinated 260,912 83,605 243,902 221,675 810,094 250,335

Data includes Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard. Partially vaccinated represents the total number of people who received at least one dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series. Fully vaccinated represents the number of people who have received the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or one dose of the single-shot Johnson and Johnsons Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. Data is reflected on an “as of” M-W-F schedule. There can be a delay between the time a vaccination record occurs and appears in a health record system. Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) has been granted for use of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine among people aged 16 years and older and for use of both the Moderna vaccine and the Johnson and Johnson Janssen vaccine among people aged 18 years and older. COVID-19 vaccines available under pre-licensure status, such as an emergency use authorization (EUA), are voluntary for Service members, though highly encouraged.

*DOD civilian data is as of 0600 November 24, and includes only federal employees who received vaccinations through DOD providers or who are also military health care beneficiaries. The Office of Management and Budget has vaccination data for all DOD federal employees. Data includes Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard. Data is updated weekly. There can be a delay between the time a vaccination record occurs and appears in a health record system.Partially vaccinated represents the total number of people who received at least one dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series. Fully vaccinated represents the number of people who have received the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or one dose of the single-shot Johnson and Johnson Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. The total doses administered rate can be higher than the total doses delivered rate because for inventory purposes mRNA vaccine vials have a set number of doses, but in practice additional doses may be extracted.
