Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. is an exploration-stage mining company. The Company is engaged in the business of precious metals exploration primarily in Nevada, the United States. Its principal Nevada interest, the Sleeper Gold Project, is located in Humboldt County, Nevada. It has rights to explore, develop and mine the Sleeper Gold Project through its ownership of unpatented lode mining claims. Its Sleeper Gold Project is located approximately 30 miles northwest of Winnemucca, Nevada. The Sleeper Gold Mine consists of approximately 2,320 unpatented mining claims totaling approximately 72.5 square miles. Its other projects include Mill Creek property, which consists of contiguous block of approximately 40 unpatented lode mining claims totaling approximately 720 acres located in the northwest part of the Shoshone Range, and Spring Valley Property, which consists of 40 unpatented lode mining claims totaling approximately 760 acres located in Pershing County, Nevada.
