CIFC LLC is a private debt manager. The Company is specialized in secured United States corporate loan strategies. The Company's primary business is to provide investment management services for institutional investors, including pension funds, hedge funds, asset management firms, banks, insurance companies and other types of investors around the world. The Company establishes and manages investment products for various types of investors. The Company offers various investment products, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), Non CLO products and collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). Its assets under management (AUM) consist of CLOs. In addition, it manages credit funds and other loan-based products. It manages these credit products through opportunistic investment strategies where it seeks to generate income and/or capital appreciation, primarily through senior secured corporate loan investments (SSCLs) and other investments. It also manages CDOs.
