The Company’s services include water production, storage, treatment, bulk transmission to retail distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment, irrigation water treatment and transmission, construction management, billing and collection and emergency response. The Company provides these services to wholesale customers, industrial customers and local governmental entities that provide water and wastewater services to their end-use customers located in the greater Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. The Company’s farm land consists of approximately 14,900 acres of irrigated land and owns 931 acres of land in the I-70 corridor east of Denver, Colorado.
