Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (Edenor) is engaged in electricity distribution in Argentina. The Company holds a concession to distribute electricity to the northwestern part of the greater Buenos Aires metropolitan area and in the northern part of Buenos Aires. Edenor also holds a 50% interest in Sociedad Anonima Centro de Movimiento de Energia, which is engaged in the management of regional high-voltage distribution in the greater Buenos Aires metropolitan area. Edenor supplies electricity through a system consisting of 75 sub-stations, representing 14,959 mega volt amperes of transformer capacity and 1,410 kilometers of high-voltage power lines of 220 kilovolts, 132 kilovolts and 27.5 kilovolts, and a distribution system consisting of 16,397 transformers, representing 6,897 mega volt amperes of transformer capacity, 9,978 kilometers of medium-voltage power lines of 33 and 13.2 kilovolts, and 26,030 kilometers of low-voltage power lines of 380 volts.
