- Established himself at No. 6 on the all-time Stanford list with a best of 203-2 at the Triton Invitational.
- It also was the No. 2 throw on the all-time Stanford freshman list.

- Made collegiate debut at the Stanford Invitational, throwing 188-3.

High School:
- Won the 2012 Three Rivers League title with a personal record javelin throw of 197-1.
- Placed fourth in the Oregon state 6A championships in the javelin at 183-4.
- Fifth in the BorderDuel Track Classic involving the top athletes from Oregon and Washington.
- Also competed in both hurdles, the jumps, and the 400.
- Three Rivers League champion in the discus at 149-3.
