STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford senior Amber Orrange earned 2015 Women’s Basketball Coaches’ Association Division I All-America honorable mention accolades in voting announced today during the 2015 NCAA® Women's Final Four® Super Saturday festivities.

The award is the latest in a long line of plaudits for Orrange, who earned an Associated Press All-America honorable mention nod on Tuesday, last week was named one of five WBCA All-Region VIII honorees and Friday was selected a Senior CLASS Award Second Team All-American.

She finished her career in 2014-15 averaging career bests in points (13.3) and rebounds (4.0). Orrange is one of just five Stanford players with 1,000 career points and 500 assists, joining Jennifer Azzi, Sonja Henning, Jeanette Pohlen and Nicole Powell.

Her 1,426 career points rank 20th all-time at Stanford and her 552 assists are seventh. She is one of just seven Cardinal to reach the 500-assist plateau, joining Sonja Henning (757), Jennifer Azzi (751), Milena Flores (644), Jamila Wideman (585), Nicole Powell (577) and Jeanette Pohlen (560).

A consistent performer through her career at Stanford, Orrange is also fifth in school history in games played (146) and fourth in minutes (4,200).

On March 3, she was selected as both an All-Pac-12 and Pac-12 All-Defensive performer. It was her third time playing her way onto the 15-member All-Pac-12 Team and she is now among 13 Stanford greats to have appeared on that squad in at least three seasons on The Farm.

Orrange, who was named Pac-12 All-Defensive Honorable Mention as a junior, moved up to the six-member Pac-12 All-Defensive Team this season after leading Stanford in steals for the third consecutive campaign. She’s the first Cardinal guard to make the full Pac-12 All-Defensive Team since Rosalyn Gold-Onwude in 2010.

Stanford finished its season 26-10 overall and 13-5 in Pac-12 play. The Cardinal advanced to its eighth consecutive Sweet 16 and also claimed the program’s 11th Pac-12 Tournament title in 14 years.
