Paper Renewal Application

Your paper renewal application will have a designated space to write in relocation requests. Please be sure to fill out this section completely with the details of your request.

We will do our best to accommodate all relocation requests. Not all requests will be feasible given the high demand for many locations Maples Pavilion. *Please see below for helpful details to include in your request.

An individual’s level of engagement with Stanford Athletics and Stanford University is considered when relocation requests are processed. For more information about increasing your engagement with Stanford Athletics, please contact the Buck/Cardinal Club at (650) 723-5051.

If your request can be fulfilled, you will be contacted directly by a sales consultant soon after the renewal period has ended to discuss your options. If your request cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified via email.

Your current seats must be paid in full by May 9 in order for your relocation request to be considered. Any additional payments (or refunds) resulting from a change in seat location or quantity of seats will be due (or refunded) at the time that the change is completed.

Please note that you can submit a request for relocating your seats after you have already submitted your renewal application, as long as the request is received by May 9. Requests can be added by calling (800) STANFORD or emailing athleticstickets@stanford.edu.

Stanford Athletics reserves the right to move your seats one to the left or right to avoid stranding single seats or odd numbers of seats in a row. This policy will not be used to move seats off of an aisle, or if it disturbs “stacked” seats (a block of seats back-to-back in two rows).

Specific section(s) desired
Specific objective(s) desired (e.g. closer to mid-court, closer to court, closer to friends, aisle)
If you are part of a group, willingness to split from the group
Willingness to move to the center of a row
