MBA Class of 1978 Lecturer in Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business
J.D. Schramm combines over 20 years of professional training and development experience with his personal expertise in Management Communication to design and deliver a variety of highly interactive courses. A seasoned communicator and experienced entrepreneur his courses blend the theoretical and practical aspects of effective communication. Schramm is in his 9th year on the faculty at the GSB. For over a decade he served as a board member for Out for Undergrad and faculty adviser to Reaching Out MBA. He regularly speaks to LGBT groups on a wide range of topics. He and his husband Ken Daigle make their home in San Francisco where they've just adopted two children: a teenager and an infant.
