Seed Transformation Program
We’ve started in Africa, but our goal is to expand to developing economies throughout the world. When they have access to our general management training, coaching, and networking support, business leaders can begin to lead their regions to greater prosperity.
STP is a 12-month program in which high-potential leaders are challenged to assess their companies’ vision, redefine their strategies, and make ambitious changes toward exponential growth that will generate new jobs.
