What controls the numbers and distributions of animals in their environment? How do animals interact with other species? How do natural patterns arise in nature? These are some of the questions that generations of ecologists have been studying. In this lecture series, using the spectacular African savanna as a model environment, two leading scientists will describe their efforts to understand the patterns and processes that organize and regulate natural ecosystems.
Our lecturers are Dr. Robert M. Pringle, Princeton University and Dr. Corina E. Tarnita, Princeton University
