This website is maintained by EPA's Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS). OAQPS is part of EPA's Office of Air and Radiation (OAR). Our primary mission is to preserve and improve air quality in the United States. Our mission also includes integrating EPA's 2014 Environmental Justice Plan goals into our activities to help strengthen the technical capacity of communities, community-based organizations, and community health leaders.
